What is 3D printing?

Can I return or exchange my item(s)?
Yes, you can return your order up to 30 days after purchase for a refund, full terms and exclusions can be found here
What colours are available?
Currently we print in Red, Dark Blue, Black, Silver and Leaf Green for PLA products. For miniatures and resin products they are usually printed in high quality Grey resin so they can be easily painted. Some products are also available in Translucent Red or Light Blue resin.
I want a product that's not on your store.
No problem, please contact us using the form here. If it's something you want custom designed and printed, I'll discuss the project with you and give you a quote for the design and printing costs. If it's a more general idea, I would still love to hear from you and if it ends up on the store I'll let you know.
I have a 3D model, are you able to print it for me?
Yes, we provide a custom printing service, please follow the steps on the custom printing page here.
I have need a replacement part for something that's broken.
No problem, we offer a service to design and print parts for customers, please use our contact form here and gives us details of what you would like us to create and we will give you a quote for creating the part.
